First of all, thanks to everyone for the comments on my Public Thank You blog!
Going to try getting back into the habit of blogging at least 1x per week.
Last week, the week April ended and May began, I started feeling like my 60+ hour work weeks were becoming easier --- probably because they are becoming so normal that it just feels like my normal life. Haven't quite decided if that is a good thing or not.
This week, the first full week of May, I am going to try and be more mindful of what I am doing.
I have ZUMBA Monday night for an hour, then FitClub Wednesday night for about an hour.
Tuesdays I either do gym for about 45mins or a run/walk
Thursdays and Fridays, since I work till 7 and there aren't any gym classes I want to do afterwards, I tend to just do a walk
Saturdays I don't do much, since I work 730-4, again, I will walk, but nothing big
Sundays if I'm not working I goto ZUMBA in the AM, otherwise I just walk after work.
The Spring into Summer 5% challenge is starting soon, we're doing our pre-challenge week starting tomorrow through Thursday, then the challenge officially starts on Sat. I am glad I decided to continue with this challenge; I had thought I had too much going on and wouldn't be able to keep up, but in all reality I know this will only help me succeed more in keeping up with my goals.
