Barn is cleaner, feed up for two weeks, evening feed done...turning in early and listening to Dr. MaGee. Little lambs were so ready for their trek from guinea pen to greenhouse.

Woo...a pause in the day..Tuesday. Lambs are well. Hughey is the one with the brown spot on his back. He is the youngest but as tall as the oldest which is the big one in the middle. Mother has been letting her finish the bottles when the other lambs leave any...so she needs to lose a little weight. Hughey who had been so miserably ill is a little light but gaining ground quickly and Tom Thumb is definitely growing. They are in the barn as of today and I am lengthening their times tween bottles tween 8 and 12 hours...and I am keeping down pelleted lamb feed and water and hay in case they get hungry and need to nibble. The bigger weaned lambs are a force to be reckoned with since they try to get the bottles before I can feed to the little ones...a balancing act.

They are so cute. Is that Hughey in the middle?

Just hit the button once...don't know why it posted twice. Wish there was a delete button when that happens!
