Well, I slipped up again, work got really busy, and I stopped working out and tracking my food. I have been down this road before, I hate to admit, but it is true. I know it is not an excuse, but life happens. Time to pick up and get my butt in gear. I'm still running, but not on a regular schedule, that must change. I managed to run 2 miles today, and 3 on Friday, but I thought it was going to kill me, it was so hard! I'm online today getting my nutrition tracker back up and helping me. I have also signed up and paid for two 5k races in August. One will be a mud run with an obstacle course. I know I need to work out and keep running to be ready. This will motivate me more than anything, I know I need to work hard to be ready. My husband is also running both races with me, his excitement is motivating me as well. I'm still planning on running a 10k this year, looks like this fall instead of this spring, but I'm ok with that. I will be back on track soon!
