Second day of my weight loss journey. For lunch, I had oatmeal and a banana. (I didn't wake up in time for breakfast, so I had breakfast food at lunch time) Now I'm nomming on a clementine orange, and for dinner I'm gonna have spaghetti (wheat) with mushroom sauce and diced veggies on top. I'm excited :)

  Keep up the great work. This is my first day. Though I struggled since I didn't have all correct ingredients, I managed to stay within my calorie count with proper substitutions.
