Week 1: Consistency is KEY

So, lately I've really been struggling with remaining consistent with my nutrition and fitness goals. I find myself succumbing to my chocolate addiction often, starting workout regimens on and off, and overall just not being true to myself. I am working hard towards overcoming these difficulties. Every day is a challenge and I refuse to let this challenge defeat me!
That being said, cheers to a successful Week 1 of my new approach to my health goals! I can proudly say that I have been active for the past 10 days in a row! Although I definitely succumbed to my chocolate cravings on a couple of occasions, I can still proudly say that I remained true to myself by doing something active each and every day!
