I've either started or completed the challenges given to me, but I'm going to be putting up a new video tomorrow, so this is a call to let you know. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO GIVE ME A CHALLENGE FOR THIS ROUND. You don't need to be my SparkFriend or anything. Just send me a message or comment below. If you gave me one before, you can give me another. Any comments without a challenge will be 20 minutes of general exercise.

Challenges can be:
Eating more fruits and veggies
A specific activity
Going out to something social
Learning something, like a dance
Essentially anything

    Oh, this is fun...

m.b. it's too late in the day for this time, but for next time...

I challenge you eat 25-30 grams of fiber from your regular meals. (As opposed to supplements.) I believe that is the recommended range.
