So far in my fitness journey, I have been inconsistent with exercising and eating healthy. I'm not too worried about the eating part as I rarely overeat and the really bad foods don't taste that great, anyways, but I would like to add more fruits and vegetables.
My main area of needed improvement will be motivation. I have to find ways to motivate myself to get up and do some exercises. My mom and I are teaming up and we would like to run a 5K eventually...once we are both able to go the distance.
Through SparkPeople, I have started the Rookie training for a 5K and I'm loving it so far. I'm wanting to do Day 3 already, but that doesn't come until tomorrow. I have found a love in this specific training but I'm already wanting to overdo it. I need to find something else for the four other days of the week.
My main goal, for now, is to keep with this program and to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet.
