Goals for the new week.

From my TEAM class they gave us journals to use which I think has come in real handy. Every week we set out goals. Then at the end of that week we go over the said goals and see if we achieved them every day of that week. It really makes you think and push for the next week to be better by hitting EVERY goal!

So here are my goals for the week:
Nutrition - Eat 2 servings of fruit and 5 to 9 servings of veggies every day. This will give me a total of 7 to 11 servings.

Fitness- 10,000 steps every day and burn at least 2000 calories this week. MOVE MOVE MOVE!

Stress/Sleep- Meditate for 5 minutes each day and get 7 hours of sleep!

Health- Take my vitamins daily! Get another pill container to take primrose oil 3 times daily like I need to!

Lifestyle/Satisfaction - Hit all of the above goals and get all dresses done. I CAN DO IT!

It is awesome to get to write these out every week. It makes you think about them a bit more than just entering them online and forgetting about them. 90% of the time I struggle to sit down at the computer to put all the information in. This journal helps me a ton!

    You are going to blow your goals out of the water! You are already almost half way on the calorie goal. You can do it!
