Tomorrow I get back on track. I never officially left SP, but over the last few months I "drifted off the beaten path". It was only little things at first.....making portions too big (but I was still tracking), giving in to arthritic pain & stopping exercise, not drinking all my water in a day's time. Well, you get the idea.
Now that I have gained several pounds & inches, feel lousy, am dragging myself up & down the stairs (I live in a 2 story house), etc. I know what to do as it worked for me before. So it is back to tracking, starting exercising again (if only a few minutes to start), weighing & measuring, drinking all the water, etc.
So let's all get "Sparking" this week.
