We all know that there are times we just NEED wings/gummies/booze/etc. But we also know that they throw off our awesome eating in a bad way because once you have one, you have to have more.
Unfortunately for me, not only did I have a major craving week, but I was also crazy busy and couldn't stand the thought of putting one foot in the gym (since Monday). Sucks that I probably gained back the pound I lost.
How do you get past the beating-yourself-up phase of a slight binge so you can get back to work?
