Week 5 Day 3 Couch to 5K

Saturday was 2 straight miles. I went for 1.32 miles and then I had to walk briskly for a few feet before finishing the run. My feet were dragging and I needed the short break for my legs to recoup. I estimated that my walking break was about .07 of a mile. I am still really pleased with myself for being able to make it as far as I did before my legs started to drag and that I was able to get back to the run with a very short break.
I'm looking forward to week 6. It will be another week where the first two days have different interval lengths and the third day is a 2.25 mile run.
