Starting a new week!

I have decided I thought it would be a good idea to start a blog! Partly because I think that it is a good way to express myself and also a way to help me keep track of what I am doing! I am the mother of three beautiful children so as anyone with kids knows life tends to get busy, especially when summer hits so I feel this may help me mentally to keep my thoughts in order! I plan on doing an entry everyday when I get home from work. I work 3rd so it should be pretty easy because when I get home the kids are either off to school or when school lets out they will be asleep lol! So wish me luck on maintaining this goal and hopefully it will be a useful tool in my weight loss goals!

    This is a great goal...give yourself a specific time, like 2 weeks or a month and review the results of your goal and how it help you achieve your larger goals. Then make new goals for another short amount of time and review again. It will also help you feel like you have accomplished greatness to complete these smaller goals and give you time to reflect on their effectiveness.
