I spent a couple of hours yesterday at the Y and tried combining new rowing machine choice and the old strength training routine. I have to say that I am not sure that particular combination is the best thing for me because I am really feeling the results far more than I have since I very first started working out. I am definitely going to talk to my awesome trainer to see what I need to cut out so I don't undo any of the good I have done thusfar.
Today, after my water aerobics class I am going to spend some hot tub seeing if I can't iron out some of the kinks I deem to have created through the double duty I have done on my biceps, back, and shoulders.
