So lastnite wasn't the greatest. A huge blow out between the hubs and I happened. You know the kind where all the stuff that kind of bugs you comes out and you're more stubborn than mad. It was one of those long, going nowhere arguments. Neither of us felt we were in the wrong so it was a pretty back and forth pointless argument. I hate fighting. I have no problem sticking up for myself, but, I don't like being in an argument for a long period of time. Im a very "quick to forgive" person so its hard for me to stick to being mad. It just doesn't feel good and I'd rather make it better if its possible. My husband could probably be mad forever. He's such a wallower LOL. Maybe its a male thing. They can be big babies sometimes LOL... J/K!! I'm sure it goes both ways..
I took some time to think for awhile. He was mad for things I said when I was mad. I was upset that he wasn't even looking at why I was mad in the first place. Hence, the reason I said these things. I honestly didn't say anything horrible, he just hates it when I'm mad at him. So I ended up being the first to apologize for the things I said and then he apologized for making me mad. Typical end of an argument LOL. Someone always has to start the end or you get stuck on the crazy cycle... I don't mind being the first to "give in" as long as it results in a good ending.... So all's well on the home front...

Today we had plans to bbq and swim. Don't think the swim part is happening. It's 10am and the sun isn't in sight. It's not supposed to rain today, but, they say it is tomorrow. I can't be too upset though. We had a lot of wind and 2 fires this past week so we need the rain. It just kind of messes up our plans a little. Maybe I can get a good walk in before it starts. I took a break on the strength training yesterday. My legs and glutes where screaming in protest when I tried to lunge. I'm gonna do 3 sets of squats, lunges, and push-ups today though. Oh and bicycle crunches. I'm really liking the definition I'm seeing. I'm hoping to see some results on my backside soon. LOL

    Woo hoo! Glad you are on the other side of your tiff with DH. I have some empathy for your screaming legs and gluts, yesterday we all did 1/8 of a mile of walking lunges at the gym. I can actually feel more muscle on my backside, through the soreness lol. I'm sure you will be ready to lunge, squat and pushup again soon! emoticon
