A learning journey,

Sunday, May 05, 2013

I have always been interested (well most of my adult life) in how the body and mind work so I have decided to get into studying about nutrients as they both effect mind and body, plus I love that what we about & how it can think and I have seen first hand just how our thoughts can shape our surroundings , so my journey into wellness at 100% includes fitness also. an overall well being, lol.
If anyone has any links into understanding how nutrients work in your body, please let me know, I understand the basics but I would really love to delve deeper into it

This is a great thing to be working on. I was having some issues and didn't realize how the food I was eating was causing them. Food allergies and interlaces
can cause behavioral and physical problems. If you have a autoimmune disease these can happen more often and they are now looking into which comes first the disease of the food issues.
But do be careful if you take supplements as I had a couple of friends that had major problems from the amounts taken. Try real foods first.
