I have always been interested (well most of my adult life) in how the body and mind work so I have decided to get into studying about nutrients as they both effect mind and body, plus I love that what we about & how it can think and I have seen first hand just how our thoughts can shape our surroundings , so my journey into wellness at 100% includes fitness also. an overall well being, lol.
If anyone has any links into understanding how nutrients work in your body, please let me know, I understand the basics but I would really love to delve deeper into it
