Why are we loosing weight?What do you want to change?
How do you want to look and feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body.
Well, I thought about all these questions and my answer to why is for me! I want to lose weight, I want to be healthy, I want to look good and love my body, I want to start a family and be healthy for my children and husband. It's for me and I know I can do it.
Ill have more energy, ill be confident, ill be a better role model for my kids, nieces, nephews and other family members, I will want to try more things and I will be me instead of what I am now. I just can't wait to get there! Along the way, I am already enjoying losing some lbs, inches gaining more energy and health with a lower resting heart rate and blood pressure and becoming a better cook! What great things Ive already seen will just keep getting better and that's what's keeping me motivated to reach my healthy self.
