Two Days and Counting

So, I can't wait to get the Spark Solution in two days! I pre-ordered and it should arrive on Tuesday.

I'm also reading Taking Up Space by Amber Rogers.

I think I'm too old for some of the things that Rogers recommends (deadlifting isn't anything I'm going to be doing any time soon), but I HAVE found that this time around I'm actually losing MORE weight by upping my calories and by just being consistent with my exercise.

Having said that, I AM going to follow the initial plan in Spark Solution, just to jog my body a bit. I may also wait until I hit my first plateau, which I haven't done so far, but I'm sure it will come. I'm about 4 lbs. away from a traditional plateau point.

My energy continues to be high, outlook happy, body feeling good, clothing sizes going down, etc.

Life is good!

    Yay! Yes, am looking forward to my kindle edition. I'm so glad you came to our friendly little group. You are such a joy.

I won't be deadlifting again, probably ever. It's difficult to exercise while traveling. When I get home I will begin Nicole's ten minute cardio every other day for two weeks and then add in ten minute weights (two per week to begin with, seeing how it goes) to alternate days and build from there. Walking and stretching is good for me now. I think I may be overstretching though and have scaled back a bit.

    I too am looking forward to getting the new book. My original plan was to read the book and work the plan they suggest. I may have to go to plan B as I have some medical tests coming up and will be limited to what I eat for a couple of days......actually this will give me more time to read the book.....Keep dropping those sizes, stay happy and have a healthy Sunday.....YOU are doing great. emoticon
