I've also been doing a bunch of gardening, but I didn't track it.
I hit my 15% total weight lost. Heckyes! I am only 1.8 lb away from my goal for June 1 (and only 5 lb away from my lowest weight from all of 2012). Life is pretty darn good right now.
Lately I've been walking in the evenings with the bf... it's so much more fun than going alone (and safer, oh so much safer!). He really inspires me -- he strength trains at least an hour most days and is getting really buff. I need to do my ST today! I'm sure he will spot me ;)
Today I made loaded baked avocados for cinco de mayo. Seriously the best thing ever! I was skeptical, but now I am a believer. Is there nothing this amazing fruit/vegetable(?) can't do? Go avocado, go!
