I've also been doing a bunch of gardening, but I didn't track it.

I hit my 15% total weight lost. Heckyes! I am only 1.8 lb away from my goal for June 1 (and only 5 lb away from my lowest weight from all of 2012). Life is pretty darn good right now.

Lately I've been walking in the evenings with the bf... it's so much more fun than going alone (and safer, oh so much safer!). He really inspires me -- he strength trains at least an hour most days and is getting really buff. I need to do my ST today! I'm sure he will spot me ;)

Today I made loaded baked avocados for cinco de mayo. Seriously the best thing ever! I was skeptical, but now I am a believer. Is there nothing this amazing fruit/vegetable(?) can't do? Go avocado, go!

    Primal eating is definitely a great eating plan for your body chemistry.

Omg! I miss avocados... I'm intolerant to all tropical fruits. :(

    Congrats on your success with primal eating. Do you find the lack of carbs diminishes your cravings and does it effect your belly...they say carbs/wheat is something that contributes to belly fat. If this helps I am all in like gang busters!!!

    Good for you! Nice that the BF joins you in the walk. I did a lot of walking with my 80-yr-old father-in-law last summer - not far, just in front of the house, but back and forth for a good 30 minutes. And like you said - it IS more fun. We had the best conversations!
