Yesterday, I made some poor choices when it came to eating, but still kept moving. Today I'll put my main focus on eating well and to help that I'll make fitness easy. I love the zoo in this city and it has become my favorite walking trail. I put on my sneakers and, even if I'm by myself, I love to hop along at a brisk pace and pause occassionally to check out the elephants or peacocks or leopard. I may have to also get a membership at a local garden for another trail, but the zoo is great for now.
