Pizza is my weakness. Now I know you can eat pizza, and stay on a healthy eating plan, but not if you can't trust yourself from eating the whole thing! My way around this is to buy one of the frozen healthy pizzas that control the portion size. Last night hubby made his pizza, and I had my healthy one. He offered me some of his, but I said NO. I found that by eating a salad first then I added fresh mushrooms, onions, green peppers, etc. to my little pizza I was pleasantly full. emoticon Maybe one day I can learn to control myself, but for now this works for me.

    Your idea is great....I have gone from a pepperoni pizza to a veggies pizza with a couple of turkey pepperoni slices cut up (just enough for that taste). I also eat a salad before I eat any pizza....after awhile you will find that even when eating pizza out this is a doable thing. GREAT JOB.....have a great Sunday. emoticon emoticon that's all I have .... now!
