Pizza is my weakness. Now I know you can eat pizza, and stay on a healthy eating plan, but not if you can't trust yourself from eating the whole thing! My way around this is to buy one of the frozen healthy pizzas that control the portion size. Last night hubby made his pizza, and I had my healthy one. He offered me some of his, but I said NO. I found that by eating a salad first then I added fresh mushrooms, onions, green peppers, etc. to my little pizza I was pleasantly full.
Maybe one day I can learn to control myself, but for now this works for me.
