After the work out I have had this week with all the walking and standing my legs could use this!

Would you believe I have not lost ANY weight! I guess it is all muscle forming to replace the fat. At least that is what I am telling my self. I HAVE to get this weight off and can not afford ANY negativity!

    Another good ice pack in an emergency is a bag of frozen vegetables. Peas or corn work best, but anything will do. And after you ice your injury, you can cook the cold pack and eat the vegetables for lunch.

And I wouldn't be surprised to see a big loss next week. A lot of times when we do a bunch of new, strenuous activities, the muscles retain water. They'll release it as soon as they recover.

    You will, it takes a while for your body to register that you are dieting and not starving. I was barely eating and working out for hours before I started loosing. Don't give up, you might try other methods like taking your measurements. Try some clothes on and you might see the difference in body mass or composition. emoticon emoticon emoticon
