Today I decided to set my weight loss goals to 54 pounds over 2 years. That is a little over 2 pounds per month. This is something I can do! I will not reach that goal of 200 pounds till May 2015 when I am 60 years old.
Seeing my weight fluctuate but not actually go down is frustrating but I am changing my eating and exercise habits and I am confident that changes will take place. I place my trust in God that he will guide me and help me on the way.
Also plan to do weekly blogs so that I can keep up with my goals.
