A new start

emoticon Today I decided to set my weight loss goals to 54 pounds over 2 years. That is a little over 2 pounds per month. This is something I can do! I will not reach that goal of 200 pounds till May 2015 when I am 60 years old.
Seeing my weight fluctuate but not actually go down is frustrating but I am changing my eating and exercise habits and I am confident that changes will take place. I place my trust in God that he will guide me and help me on the way.
Also plan to do weekly blogs so that I can keep up with my goals.

I'll be 60 in December 2015. I hope to be at my goal weight by then, too. My biggest goal is to eat healthy, and become more fit. The number on the scale is secondary...

    Slow and steady wins the race. Your realistic outlook is an inspiration. I admire your love of walking. (I'm not there yet in terms of walking but I am working on it.)
