I have been off for a couple of weeks and I am now trying to get back on track. Yesterday I really tried hard to stay within my calories but I went over. The positive out of it is that I tracked my food and I know exactly how many calories over I was
. I heard from a friend that your plate of food should be half vegetables and fruit and the other half should be divided into protein and carbs. I really liked this when I heard it and I am going to try hard to practice this especially this week while I am traveling for work.
Exercise yesterday was a few times on the rebounder not much but got some in. Today I read and joined a challenge of 10 minutes a day exercise. That is my goal this week. 10 minutes each day. If possible I would like to do 10 in the morning 10 in the afternoon and 10 in the evening. Let see if I make it.
