DAY 91
A very busy day indeed. Got my walk in, and dishes made that I was sending off with DH for the Kentucky Derby Party he was attending. The wives join in later, when the Race for the Roses goes off, followed by dinner and socializing. And, the weather was gorgeous.

Yes, I ate too much, but I didn't go crazy. I layed low on the really bad stuff, and concentrated on the healthier choices. And, more importantly, I didn't drink any alcohol.

It was great to see my friend, who is recovering from cancer, and is undergoing radiation. She looks healthy and her hair is growing back beautifully. She faces resconstructive surgery soon. Her attitude and how she has lived this time has been so inspiring.

DAY 92
The start of a new week. Welcome. The past one's success was mixed overall. Judging by the way my clothes looked on me, I would guess I have that same 5# back to rid myself of. It's time for greater consistency.

I have a lot I want to do today: more planting, client work, my walk. And a dinner date with DH tonight, to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Gosh, how the years have flown by.

Today, I am taking a sweet sentimental journey, tempered with some health and fitness. Wishing you a joyous, serene Sunday.
