2.6 more pounds until I'm in the 230 zone...I haven't been there since hmm October 2012. So when I finally get there it will begin to feel like I'm making REAL progress :D
I'm eating a LOT less than normal, and I think that has to do w/ some of my weight loss, plus that I have been exercising, plus that I haven't been sugar crazy snacking (aka chocolate!) yes I still have had a *portion* of chocolate here and there, but nothing crazy. So heres to hoping it keeps going in the right direction :))) I really hope next time this week I'll be in the 230 zone! :D
I'm meeting w/ a sparkfriend in the beginning of June and I'd like to lose 8 lbs by then. (Thats my surprise...shshh) ;) But in reality, I know I can only do what I can do, and not order my body like a robot sometimes the weight comes off faster, sometimes slower....so I have to just be patient (not a strong virtue of mine,,,but I'm (i think) working on it:D)

Anyways, I DID go for a brief 10 minute walk this morning on flat surface and my knee was FINE. It is only the stairs (up to my bedroom) that really bug it. Great huh?!!!
UGH. Maybe I should consider living in the basement guest room for a few days/week...lol!!!
JK. I'd miss all my craft stuff TOO much. LOL. Well, I'd survive. I have to book with my family doctor next week so I'll ask about my knee if its still bothering me.

Well, its nearly 7am...I know, Sunday AM, and I DIDN"T sleep in. Silly me. Ah, well, The reason being is I CAN"T seem to shut my one window, so every morning at 5:30 the chirping birds wake me up like a summer time alarm clock...it is rather happy sounding, but one of these days I would like to get it fixed so I could sleep PAST 5:30am!

Enough rambling! Tally ho! :)

    Hey, you're almost there! And whether it comes off fast or slow, you're working hard at it, and that makes all the difference. Hope your knee gets better soon and that you'll have a great week ahead!

    You're doing well. You're going to make it. I'm in the same place. I hope to hit 278 this week. If I miss my goal, I'll just have to keep trying. We can do this.

  You are making REAL progress now! You should be very proud of yourself! I am proud of you! You listed that you have been eating less than normal and that you have been exercising and you portion out the chocolate. These are all Great Accomplishments! Keep Up The Good Work! emoticon emoticon

    We all want the weight to come off quickly. We all want instant gratification. But reality doesn't work that way. Our weight did not just appear overnight, so it won't go away without some work. And in my kind as long as one is making progress it's all good. Don't give up and you will achieve your goals in time .
