Spured on by reaching my first 25lb weight loss last week i decided to up my exercise.
ive choosen to do the SparkPeople walk/Jog 5k which, if your not familier, is a program designed to gradully take you from mostly walking 5k to mostly jogging 5k in just five weeks.
The first week of the plan involves walking for 4 min and jogging for 1 before reapeting 5 times. i jumped on the treadmill for the first time in about a year it asked me to enter my weight but i found that the numbers didnt go that high lol!
dispite being to heavy for the machine i pressed start anyway and the machine struggled to a start. Luckly once it got going it didnt have any problems even for the jogging intervals!
So i managed to complete all three days training required for the program with out to much bother and am actully looking forward to week 2.
My eating has been great this week, ive tracked all my foods and stuck to my menu with out deviating once and have not felt like im going without at all, i even made a healthy version of fajhitas last night which were great!
So its Sunday Morning again and time to see which way the scales have gone.....
