Trying to feel good

Pooh! Weighed in at 138.6. Up a kilo. Double pooh! Did most things right, so I am ok with the results. Not particularly happy, but happiness isn't the point. I am doing the responsible things, that is the point.
Have begun lifting weights to increase my muscles this week, so that and all the salt I had for lunch are probably the culprits. I just have to remember that I planned it this way, not to get an accurate weigh in from week to week. But I say again, POOH!!!

    You ARE doing the most repsonsible thing which is taking care of your health. You can flush out a lot of the salt by increasing your water intake. Sometimes its one step forward, two steps back,. Baby steps are better than no progress and that's the key. Progress not perfection! emoticon emoticon
