Well, I know this blog is late! I did it again, fell a sleep. My calorie range was off today.Why because I fell a sleep and missed dinner, but the good news is I got a good 7 hours sleep.
Still working on my blanket for my dad!
Exercised : 30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes DVD.
Going to work on the sleep thing.
