So this isn't how I look right now...

This picture was taken 6 years ago on my honeymoon when I was in some of the best shape of my life. The location, Lake Lure, NC at the base of the mountain right before I ascended, like, 30 flights of stairs (my husband took the elevator). I look at this picture and think, man I looked good, and I want to be there again. I still have those jeans, and I WILL wear them again, post baby body and all.
My peak weight was 156lbs. a little less than a year ago, 6 months after my son was born. My pre-baby weight was about 133, but in this pic I am about 125. I am down to 139 now, and getting pretty disciplined about my daily exercise, I certainly struggle with the food aspect.
Summer is fast approaching, and I want to look my best. I joined the Boot Camp Fitness Challenge today, and am so excited because it is just what I need to take me into June. I have been running for the first time in years, and really need to add a strength training component. The daily 10 minute strength training videos should be just the thing. 30 days to a better body, here we go!
