So today I overate.
I started out great with a piece of toast, Greek yogurt with banana slices and a cup of coffee on the back porch with my honey in the sunshine after a wonderful morning jog!
I guess it must have started with the fact that we got so caught up in a game we were playing together that I completely forgot lunch. I decided on a healthy lunch and even snacked on some broccoli while I was preparing the tortilla dough to make little tortillas for veggie burgers. We shared the first one, then I snacked on another one, then I had two small ones for my burger... then we were so excited about making the tortillas so well this time that we started trying it with everything we could think of- peanut butter and honey, cream cheese and jelly... until I was totally miserafull. So that happened.
Then my honey brought my home a salad from work, which was nice. Still feel bad about the hundreds of extra calories that came from those tortillas, even though I was trying to make them in a healthy way!
Anyway, it wasn't really the worst thing in the world, I'll just get right back on track tomorrow. =) I think I'll start with a good breakfast, then play some Just Dance! I should be just fine. I think I'll stay away from tortillas tomorrow, though!
