Day #17 - Good Day

This will be a quick blog, I'm trying to get it posted before midnight, so I won't be 2 days behind. Let's talk about yesterday...
Here's the exercise I did yesterday (5/3/13):
4.3 miles of walking - Yesterday's lunch walk was to the National Archives (home of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, Emancipation Proclamation and a number of other interesting historical documents and exhibits).
35 minutes of the elliptical trainer
Chest Press - 3 sets of 8, 115 pounds
Pec Fly - 3 sets of 8, 115 pounds
Tricep Pushdown - 3 sets of 8, 115 pounds
So yesterday was a pretty good day. I had fun on my lunch walk, the only problem with going in a museum during lunch is that you don't get to walk as much and you lose time if you have to wait in line (it's spring so there are tourists everywhere in DC).
Anyway, time to hit the bed. Goodnight
