Buckling Down To The Basic Week One With Progress On My Side

After a horrible last Saturday and last Sunday being my rude wake up call. When my eyes were open wide to my problems and coming up with a new action plan for the new month.
I got very lax about tracking and measuring all of my foods. Basically began eye balling things and not really paying my attention. Fall deep into a lot of emotional eating. Sunday the 28th I said enough time ot track with Monday posting my May goals.
Long story short week one done 7 days of tracking everything and did I tell you I really HATE tracking my foods? Well I do! Not only was I concerned with calories but my biggest down fall is SODIUM I also was making sure I got plenty of protein in.
Remind you my goal for the month is to stay in range 3 of the 7 days.
I managed to stay in range all 7 days on my calories
My sodium intake was dropped to where I was in range 0 to 2300 mg 5 days 2 days over 2300 mg but on of those days was just by 37 mg
My protein was great all 7 days (60 to 163) was at least 92 grams max was 114 grams of protein a day.
You know what I did not have the urge to snack munch binge I was very satisfied with my meals Tonight I did treat myself to 7/8 oz of Baked Cheeto's.
To the non food issues got to the gym Sunday Tues and friday Wednesday I jogged at the park
Goal was to start strength training 3 times a week
meet for the week.
One week of streaking Now ot hold out for the rest of the month Sunday I was 146.8 as of today 141.3 with body fat% of 29.3% its been in the 30ths Progress is being made by me
