Back Tracking: Day 6

My body is going in reverse... I have been exercising every night and working so hard to keep my meals at healthy levels but I have officially gained all my weight back! I'm so frustrated. I do not understand what happened. It was the BIGGEST let down to know I have to start over. I cried. I did a double time workout tonight. I used our Xbox Kinect and worked out for 30 minutes running in place and boxing and hurdles, then did 100 crunches and side bends (for those oh so lovely love handles)plus I walked a mile around my house. Anyone have suggestions to help me get back to where I was. Any exercise tips are welcome. Thank you guys so much!
