Well, I'm a little behind this month. I got off to a good start on the 1st, but have missed every workout since then. Geez.... I gotta get back in gear quickly!!
Goals for May:
1. 310,000 steps
2. 10,000 kettlebells
3. 22 weighted workouts scheduled (including Pilates workouts) - goal is to complete at least 15 of those.
4. Nutritional Ketosis. Going to try again on this one. I'm having a tough time already this month, but not giving up!
