The Exercise Challenge this week is do at least 60 minutes of cardio or 30 minutes 2 times daily.
Also at least 10 sit ups or as many as you can.
The Food Challenge is have some accountability with meals. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY.
60 Minutes of cardio
Worked outside most of morning doing yard work.
10 Sit ups (2sets/5)
Drink more water/drink at least 8 glasses of water
