New EVERYTHING!

Well, it's been almost a year exactly since my last post here.

In that time I have moved to another city and gotten a new job! My weight's fluctuated and I haven't kept on track with my plan. I lost 10-15 lbs but it seems I've gained it back again. A little disheartening to see when I went to my appointment with my new doctor.

Lots of upheavals later, I am back.

I was watching "I Used To Be Fat" on LOGO and felt, if these guys can do it in 90-110 days, I should be able to as well.

The goal is to go complete Paleo and to work out like the Dickens. I am going down to a local Y (since I liked it so much in my previous town) and joining up along with using my 28 Day Bootcamp video and a 3 week cleanse from Whole Living magazine.

I plan to go to bed early and wake up an hour before the sun which amounts to 4:30ish in the AM for me. Work out then off to work and maybe some Zumba in the evening.

I also plan on going to yoga and doing zen meditation at a meditation center. I find that more and more I need to center myself. Too much chaos even if it is for the better has a way of off balancing me.

In another way, I would like to make sure I am doing my part around the house which I never seem to be able to keep up with. I'll start with little things and move up gradually to cooking every so often.

*sighs*

Well that's my update. I'm back to tracking my food tomorrow. See you all then :-)
