Why I am Doing the 5% Challenge

Saturday, May 04, 2013

When a friend of mine told me about the 5% Challenge, I got really excited.

So, now I am being asked why I am doing it..
Well.... I am doing it for a few different reasons.

1. I LOVE doing these challenges. I love all the support that the team members give you. It feeds into my competitive side.

2. I haven't done a challenge since last summer because it always seemed like I was missing the dates so I actually went out in search of a challenge to do because I wanted to do one.

3. I like incorporating new exercises into my program and these challenges always offer that.

4. my boyfriend and I recently just set out to lose 5% of our body weight and the first one to lose it, the other one has to buy them something... (No more than $10 worth though)

5. I love the way the challenges make me feel.

I am so excited about doing this challenge!

So far I have NOT done any challenge outside of the ones I set for myself. But I just may have to look into those to see if there are any that might appeal to me. One never knows where they might find another SPARK.
