Our main challenge this week was to take a color quiz and then to find out our personality type according to the quiz. My color is blue and the description fit me perfectly. "Blues will benefit from keeping a training log or wearing a pedometer or heart-rate monitor. They like familiarity and cleanliness and will prefer an exercise space or gym that is organized, safe, predictable and clean." I log everything I eat and all my fitness. I love keeping my spark streaks alive!!! I wear a pedometer all day every day. I like challenging myself to get over 10,000 steps a day. I like familiarity and being comfortable in my surroundings. I think that's why I would rather work out at home instead of going to the gym. I like to concentrate on what I'm doing without distraction.
My suggested activities were rowing, walking, running, yoga, and interval training. Our bonus challenge was to participate in one of these activities 3 times this week. I already walk every day so I have been adding some running to my walking. I really enjoyed running more than I ever thought I would. I also do yoga with my strength training videos at least 5 times a week. I really liked this challenge. What was you color???
