Here is my daily graph for April. I had a bad weekend, got back on plan, realized that for a week that my scale was broken. Currently I am just staying at the same place (I'm not sure if I am not eating enough or what since starting 30 Day Shred). My clothes feel the same and I've only lost 12 inches in four months. I switched from Weight Watchers to Simple Diet. I will probably switch back to Weight Watchers some time soon. I'm currently participating in the 30/30 challenge from Hooping.org and doing the 30 Day Shred. I'm currently on level 2. I've skipped two days. I have to do it after I get home today!
It's frustrating for me. I don't know why over the last two weeks that it's started to hurt. I know some people that have lost the same amount of weight and have lost 48 inches! What is wrong with my body?
I really need new shorts but I am not buying new shorts till I get to a smaller size. I really want people to notice the weight loss in May at Kinetic Fire. It seems that won't be happening though. :( I have upped what I've been eating (just feeling SO hungry lately). Small downspirals in weight.
