39 lbs to go to get to my goal weight
logged my workout,figured out the new tracker..idk what cals i burned lifting weights but it doesnt matter,just to know i did it works for me :)
on day 18 of my 21 day purification..feeling great !

    use the search on the fitness tracker and type in strength...it will go to the strength training with dumbells so you can get a ballpark on the cals burned
