2 weeks ago I started a new journey. I made a commitment to myself that I was going to change the way I ate. I read a book and it has changed my outlook on what I am putting in my mouth. I am eating healthier, lots of fruit and vegetables and I am finally losing weight. Today I spent time hiking in the woods and listening to the water. It helps me find peace. I never would have been able to do this 2 weeks ago. I am glad I made this new commitment. This has taken me many years to finally get going in the right direction and I am not turning around. How many commitments have some of us made and later broken . Look ahead make good choices and stay on the right path. I know I am happier on my current trail. Stay commited.
