I don't know if it's a good idea yet or not but I'm playing around with my exercise and cardio schedule to see what works for me. Right now I've got it so weekends is no workout at all.
Monday, Weds and Thu is Zumba
Monday - Fri is 1mile in 15 min walk
Mon - Fri strength training using weights and resistance bands
If for some reason this doesn't work I'll simply change things around. I've been so lazy and not very mobile so I'm walking into this blind.
I jumped on the scale and don't trust it considering it said I lost 5 lbs in two days..no way that has happened...Or could it?! I highly doubt it. I cannot wait to get my new scale on the 23rd!
I know for a fact..as I've read about it everywhere that after doing the same routine for just so long your body doesn't react to it as it once did so my brain is telling me to change up when I do what...so I don't think I will stick with my current choice of work out for more than a week or two. I'll play it by ear for right now.
I'm striving for losing that 2lbs a week one way or another!
