I am trying once again to get back on the best path for my health. This time I am developing a strong team to support me (not to say that I didn't have a lot of people helping me before).
This time I am using a formal support team. I am working with my doctors and have met with nutritionist and an exercise coach.
I have to remember that it is just one step, one meal at a time. I don't need to worry too much about tomorrow's workout or dinner--just what I am doing right now.
I know it won't be easy but I have to say that the 2-1/2 weeks that I have been eating better and working out has felt like resuming (good) old habits rather than trying to develop new ones.
