It isn't really since I don't do cheat days. I eat what I want each day. I ate a lot of junk type food today. I needed it. Yesterday, I realized that going gluten free wasn't for me. It wasn't helping my IBS. I was so badly constipated that I was in pain for three hours last night. I took a couple laxatives which made the pain stop and I had a movement in the morning.
Today, I ate a lot of wheat. I also did some chicken without any problem. I bought a new cookbook. I got a good deal on the new Martha Steward cookbook. I'm looking forward to using. I can't today since I had dinner at Denny's. I had a bacon breakfast with two eggs, toast and hashbrowns. I ate very little fruit or vegetables today.
Tomorrow, I'll be back in the gym and I'll be back to eating fruit and vegetables. I needed today. I needed a day to hang out with a friend and to eat crappy food.
