ZCUT #9 revisited...

I feel like jumping up and down! Screaming and shouting! haha Here's what happened:

My legs were screaming during this workout, no lie. She is tough on your legs especially when you hit the middle of the 12 workouts. So, by the time workouts 8 and 9 roll around, you're sore. Anyways, though my legs were yelling at me, my HR wasn't getting as high as it normally does. I felt like I could keep pushing! I would go hard, my legs would kill me, and I'd shake it out while looking at my HR monitor. I'd only see 160-165! So I kept immediately going back into the exercise, leg pain or no leg pain.

The result? Beating my time by 5 full minutes!!! I am beyond ecstatic! 35 minutes flat. :) Now, that's not yet comparable to Zuzka's times that she posts but it is great for me! :D

So, that's about it! I tried my hand at some amish bread today.. I should've baked it longer. I'm about to try my hand at it again after some more research. Other than that, I'm getting kind of giddy about tomorrow's weigh and tape. I am nervous though.. I think I'm going to lose weight, I think, but I don't think it is going to be as much as I previously have lost (yep I said this before). I just don't want to get myself down. Losing weight is losing weight. Maintaining is maintaining! I'm going to be happy either way because I'm obviously showing improvement in my Zuzka workouts!

Lastly, tomorrow I embark on the first day of my 2nd MONTH of ZCUT! Here's to another new journey and completing it better than the first month!
