I'm so nervous about weigh in tomorrow...I hope I pull a big number, after just maintaining last week....

    Good luck! It is important to remember, though, that the scales are not the be all and end all. You could be succeeding at improving your health and fitness without losing any weight. So if the scales do not show what you want them to, don't be too disheartened! Best of luck on your journey :) E_F x
