A few of these are my quotes and statements, but the majority are ones I found on the internet and on SparkPeople's Motivation section. These have all been very encouraging and motivating to me. They remind me to keep trying, keep dreaming, and to never give up on my goals. I find that writing these on sticky notes, index cards, and on mirrors (with dry erase markers) helps me to remember them.

3 Simple Rules In Life
1. If you do not go after what you want, you'll never have it
2. If you do not ask, the answer will always be no
3. If you do not step forward, you will always be in the same place

-I can't or I won't?
-Can you do it today? Just today?
-Commit to just 10 minutes of exercise a day. It makes such a huge difference both mentally and physically. Plus, on most days, after 10 minutes you'll just want to keep going!

~Celebrate every victory no matter how small.
~Change doesn't happen overnight
~One day at time, one bite at a time, one step at a time
~More energy and confidence, better sleep, get sick less, less doctor bills and prescription bills, wear cuter clothes

~Distract yourself from temptations/cravings
~When you talk to yourself, ALWAYS be positive. Say things like I am ready to, I want to, I would love to, and CUT OUT comments like, I have to, I need to and I have got to. These latter comments make this one more burden you have added to your life.
~Giving up is not an option.
~Pick yourself up, and try, try, try again
~Forgive yourself. It's okay if you aren't perfect. You're human.
