Jump starting with the Military diet

This is my first entry but I have been going at my diet since November 2012 and have so far lost 50lbs. At one point I had lost 59.5lbs but then it was Easter and my birthday all in the same weekend and the mixture of chocolate eggs and birthday cake threw me off completely. I pretty much ate my way through April but I am restarting now. I have been following weight watchers and I like going to the meetings but I have been finding it hard to get back on track.
I recently read about the military diet on Pintrest. Google it if you aren't sure what it its. Its everywhere. Its obviously a crash diet but some people say it helped them get out of a slump so I've decided to give it a go. You only do it for 3 days so I think I can do that. Today is day one and this morning I weighed 247.5lbs so I will report for the next few days on my progress.
So far today I have stuck to the plan completely other then substituting the tuna for chicken because I hate tuna. I have been hungry but not to terribly although closing in on lunch I was getting really desperate for the time to go by faster. I had planned to exercise while doing it but I am finding I don't have the energy due to the lack of calories so I did some like floor exercises and went for a small walk but I think thats all the intensity I want until I finish the 3 days.
Looking forward to dinner. Only 3 and a half hours away.
