Week 18

Another bland week. The only good thing about it was that we finally got nice, warm weather. I took out my shorts (uniform) this week and stored away the long pants for a few months. Hurray!

I did my long run, 10.75 kms so I guess nest week's race won't be too intimidating.

I didn't lose an ounce this week and I only have myself to blame. I didn't go over my calories but I didn't eat real good foods. I indulged in bad things so I guess my body is responding by not getting rid of anything.

    Sometimes it's a matter of 'just keep going' and make adjustments.
You are doing great overall though, keep up the great work.
