Well here we go. After lurking around on Sparkpeople for sometime now, I'm going to try to be more consistent about my sparking. I read about the 5% Challenge and it got me really excited about finally edging my way into the wonderful community that I know exists here. Soon I'll have a whole team that I can't let down!
For anyone who doesn't know, people join the group (it starts soon!) at http://www.sparkpeople.com/mys
?gid=59980. The admin group divides everyone up into teams. Each team represents an airplane and each member has a seat on the plane. Then we're off on a journey to somewhere exotic, using exercise as jet fuel. I'll have to post my weight each week. This is going to be fun!
Here are my goals for the 5% Challenge:
Current Weight: 153.8
Target Weight: 146.1
By When: July 6, 2013
Goal to eat 1350-1690 calories per day
Goal to burn 4000 calories per week (inflated because of how FItbit counts calories)
Goal to go from 154 to 146 by 07/06/2013
Who knows...maybe I'll try to get back into blogging too!
